Used 1970’s vintage ludwig standard drum set blue strada. Ludwig single rack tom holder. 22″x14″ kick 72044. 16″ x16″ floor 72047. 13″x 9″ rack 74726, rack tom the badge is ruff. The kick has both spurs and a new powerstroke3 head w/ falam. The front kick skin has a hole cut out. The floor has 3x 16 legs and a new ambassador batter on top. The rack has alot of marks from rubbing the snare and it has. A new remo batter head on top. No No Muffs there areNot muffles in any drums! All the chrome is clean and polished and the drums are clean. There is play wear on the drums. Its across from the lodi police station next to the burger king, aldi and blink gym. Ludwig Classic Maple Downbeat 3-Piece Drum Set Ringo/Beatle Black Oyster Pearl

The sizes are 12×8/14×14/20×14, similar to the kit Ringo Starr played in The Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show. I came into possession of the kit in 2013, and have taken care of it to the best of my ability since. The shells and bearing edges are in excellent shape. Heads are less than a year old. Lugs and hardware are also in good shape with no rust or pitting. Normal wear and tear overall on kit from over a decade of use. For example, there are some scuffs in the bass drum hoop from the pedal clamp. After doing some research, this particular 90s Black Oyster Pearl wrap is prone to shrinkage. As you can see in the pictures, the wrap is short/uneven on the edges of the bass drum. It is not that noticeable from far away, but is there. At the left spur and lug of the bass drum, there are hairline splits in the wrap, again not too noticeable but it is there. I dont think the bass drum had been rewrapped by the original owner, but it is possible. Lastly, on both the bass drum and floor tom, the wrap is slightly peeling up at the glued seems, which is typical of an aging drum set. Otherwise, the wrap is in overall really nice shape and looks beautiful, especially on the toms. Though there are cosmetic issues, the important things that the hardware is nice, and the drums sound excellent. Only toms, bass drum, tom mount, and legs are included. Tom mount is a period accurate Ludwig double tom mount, but not the original single rocker mount. SNARE DRUM NOT INCLUDED. No other hardware or cymbals included. Very unique set up of drums as this particular Black Oyster Pearl wrap is no long produced by Ludwig. This is a great players/road kit for anyone looking for a Classic Maple kit and the Ringo look on the cheap! THIS IS A PRE SERIAL # DRUM, 9 x 13. OYSTER PINK PEARL WITH NICKEL HARDWARE. THE TENSION SCREWS SEEM TO BE CHROME. THERE IS ONE SMALL BAD SPOT ON THE WRAP TO THE RIGHT PANEL OF BADGE WHICH WE TRY TO SHOW IN THE LAST PHOTO. THE DRUM WAS APPARENTLY CONVERTED TO A FLOOR TOM AT ONE POINT, AND HAS 6 XTRA HOLES. IF YOU HAVE A 20,12,14, IT MAY BE A GOOD FLOOR TOM CANDIDATE. THIS IS A LEFT SIDE TOM, NOT THAT LUDWIG HAD MANY RIGHT SIDE TOMS IN THE EARLY 60’s. IT IS CLEAN AND SOUNDS GREAT. THE BEARING EDGES ARE ORIGINAL AND IN NICE SHAPE, INTERIOR HAS MINOR SCRATCHING. THE MUFFLER ON INTERIOR IS PAINTED WHITE, AND THE FELT MAY NOT BE ORIGINAL, BUT WORKS FINE.
